    Physical fitness

Upper Mustang Trek is a moderate trek suitable for passionate riders who have the ability to sit back in the motorcycle for longer hours. In some days, we might even need to ride and walk for long hours. Walking in higher altitudes is more physically demanding than walking in the lower altitudes; however, if we are in excellent health with average physical fitness, have a positive attitude, and strong determination, we can accomplish the trek successfully. Exercising and jogging regularly for some weeks before the trip is a good idea to enhance our strength and stability. Past riding tour experience would be your plus point, but it is not mandatory. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, such as heart, lung, and blood diseases, should inform Himalayan Glacier before booking the trek. We also recommend that you consult your doctor before the trip. The basic medical facility is taken care.
