"Once you land at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our company representative, who will then guide you to the hotel for check-in. Spend the night in Kathmandu."

 Start your day with a fresh and healthy breakfast. After breakfast, we will explore Pashupatinath Temple. If we arrive early, we’ll have the opportunity to witness the morning Aarati. After exploring and enjoying the Aarati, we will visit Bouddhanath, the largest stupa in the world. Once we've finished exploring Bouddhanath, we will head to Kathmandu Durbar Square. After visiting the Durbar Square, we will return to the hotel to rest for a while. In the evening, we will visit Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Kathmandu from the top. Afterward, we will return to the hotel and spend the night.

After breakfast, we will begin our journey to Pokhara, which takes approximately 7 to 8 hours by bus or just 25 minutes by flight. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your yoga retreat center or hotel with lake views. In the evening, the yoga session will begin with a gentle practice to help you relax after your travels, followed by a peaceful night near Phewa Lake.
